Dr. Debra Adams is a physical therapist with extensive clinical experience in treating adult patients in a variety of settings. She combines her clinical and academic experience by promoting awareness and education in the community by sponsoring health promotion activities at senior centers, adult day care centers, and skilled nursing facilities. She encourages her students to participate in community education programs and to recognize the importance of delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to their patients. Her research includes the creation of a public education program for the prevention, management, and treatment of osteoporosis. She has been in private practice for eighteen years treating individuals with diverse diagnoses. Her clinical specialty is in providing holistic and integrative manual therapy techniques to promote health and wellness in her patients.
